Before You Light

• Trim your wick to ¼ inch before every burn.
• Remove any wick trimmings, matches, or debris from the wax pool.
• Place your candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, children, and pets.

While It Burns

• Let your candle burn until the melt pool reaches the edge of the jar (usually 2–4 hours). This prevents tunneling and ensures an even burn.
• Do not burn your candle longer than 4 hours at a time.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.

After You Blow It Out

• Use a candle snuffer or gently dip the wick into the melted wax to extinguish (reduces smoke).
• Allow wax to fully cool and solidify before relighting.
• Stop using your candle when ½ inch of wax remains in the jar to avoid overheating.

Storing Your Candle

• Store candles in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• Keep lids on jars or covers on tins to preserve fragrance.
• For seasonal candles, wrap in tissue paper or store upright to avoid warping.
