Shipping Policy

At Nurse Calm Aromatherapy™, every order is thoughtfully prepared and packed with care. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order for its journey to you.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during holidays, special promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more, unless otherwise stated during a special promotion.

For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, package weight, and available shipping method.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using USPS or UPS, depending on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected for your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your shipping confirmation is received.

Shipping Address Changes

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@eternalheavenlyaroma.com.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed or redirected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your package or product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@eternalheavenlyaroma.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and help make it right.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only.
