Return & Exchange Policy
At Heavenly Aroma, each candle is hand-poured with care. Because our products are handcrafted and intended for personal use, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding a damaged or defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at eternalheavenlyaroma@gmail.com with a photo of the item and packaging.
Once reviewed, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the product arrived damaged.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them, with original packaging.
Due to the nature of candle products, used candles cannot be returned.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Used candles
• Custom or personalized products
• Sale items
• Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
