🕯️ Candle Questions
Are your candles made with natural ingredients?
Yes! All of our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax, cotton wicks, and clean fragrance blends. They're eco-friendly, cruelty-free, and hand-poured with care.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn times vary by size:
- 2.5 oz Wax Melts: Up to 15+ hours
- 7 oz Candles: Approx. 40+ hours
- 9 oz Candles: Approx. 55–60+ hours
- 6 oz Travel Tins: Approx. 35+ hours
Why does my candle look different than the photo?
Each candle is hand-poured in small batches. Variations in color, swirl patterns, or finish are completely normal and reflect the natural beauty of handmade products.
What is the best way to burn my candle?
Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use. Allow a full melt pool to form before blowing it out—especially on the first burn—to prevent tunneling. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Are your scents strong?
We aim for a clean, balanced scent throw. Our candles are designed to gently fill small to medium spaces with aroma without being overwhelming.
Are your products safe for people with sensitivities?
We use clean-burning soy wax and high-quality, phthalate-free fragrance oils. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, please test cautiously or consult your physician before use.

📦 Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. You'll receive tracking once your order is shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the U.S. only. Stay tuned—we’re working on expanding!
What if my package arrives damaged?
If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for address errors.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we don’t accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out—we want you to love your experience.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You may request changes within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we begin preparing it for shipping.
Can I use your products during pregnancy?
Our products are designed for relaxation and wellness, but please consult your doctor if you're pregnant, nursing, or have concerns about essential oils or fragrance exposure.
