Candle Questions
Are your candles made with natural ingredients?
Yes. All of our candles are handcrafted using 100% natural soy wax, cotton wicks, and premium, phthalate-free fragrance oils. They are clean-burning, cruelty-free, and hand-poured in small batches with care.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn times vary by product size:
• 2.5 oz Wax Melts: Approx. 20+ hours
• 3 oz Travel Tin: Approx. 20+ hours
• 6 oz Signature Tin: Approx. 30–35 hours
• 7 oz Candle: Approx. 35–40 hours
• 8 oz Candle: Approx. 40–45 hours
• 9 oz Candle: Approx. 45–50 hours
Why does my candle look slightly different than the photo?
Each candle is hand-poured in small batches. Slight variations in color, wax finish, or appearance are natural and reflect the beauty of handcrafted products.
What is the best way to burn my candle?
Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn. Allow the wax to melt completely across the surface during the first burn to help prevent tunneling. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Are your candles handcrafted?
Yes. Every Heavenly Aroma candle is hand-poured in small batches by a Registered Nurse using premium soy wax, cotton wicks, and carefully selected fragrance blends to ensure exceptional quality and consistency.

Are your scents strong?
Our fragrances are thoughtfully blended to provide a clean, balanced scent throw that gently fills small to medium-sized rooms without becoming overwhelming.
Are your products safe for people with sensitivities?
We use clean-burning soy wax and premium phthalate-free fragrance oils. If you have known fragrance sensitivities or allergies, we recommend reviewing the product information carefully and consulting your healthcare provider if you have specific concerns.
What if I'm not sure which scent to choose?
Each product page includes detailed fragrance notes and descriptions to help you find your perfect scent. You can also explore our curated collections and best sellers for inspiration.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes. We use natural soy wax, cotton wicks, reusable containers whenever possible, and premium phthalate-free fragrance oils. Our products are handcrafted in small batches with quality and sustainability in mind.
Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged package or product. We'll gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we'll do our best to update the shipping address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Returns & Order Changes
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us—we want you to love your Heavenly Aroma experience.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Order changes or cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, orders begin processing and may no longer be modified.
Wellness & Safety
Can I use your products during pregnancy?
Our products are created to support relaxation and wellness. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have concerns about fragrance exposure, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before use.
