Care Instructions
How do I care for my candle?
To ensure a safe and even burn, trim your wick to ¼ inch before each use. Allow the candle to form a full melt pool during the initial burn to prevent tunneling. Always place your candle on a heat-safe surface, keep it away from children and pets, and never leave a burning candle unattended.
Are your candles safe for pets?
Our candles are made with pure soy wax and phthalate-free fragrance oils, offering a cleaner burn compared to paraffin-based candles. While safer by design, pets can have unique sensitivities. Always burn with proper ventilation and keep candles out of reach of pets to avoid accidental exposure.
Why is my candle tunneling?
Tunneling occurs when the first burn is too short. For safety and best performance, burn your candle for 2–3 hours during the first use, or until the melt reaches the edges. This prevents overheating the glass and supports a stable, even burn.
Are your candles made with natural ingredients?
Yes! All of our candles are made with 100%
natural soy wax, cotton wicks, and clean fragrance blends. They're
eco-friendly, cruelty-free, and hand-poured with care.
Care Instructions
Store your candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the lid on between burns to preserve fragrance and freshness. Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time to maintain wick health and candle longevity.
Are your products safe for people with sensitivities?
We craft our products with clean-burning soy wax and high-quality, phthalate-free fragrance oils. While our formulations are gentle and thoughtfully selected, every individual’s sensitivities vary. If you have allergies, asthma, or fragrance sensitivities, test slowly in a well-ventilated area or consult your healthcare provider before regular use.
What are your shipping and return policies?
Orders are hand-poured and packed with care and typically ship within 2–3 business days. Because our products are crafted in small batches and designed for personal use, certain items may be final sale. Please check the product description for return eligibility and reach out if you need support—we’re here to help.

Store candles in a cool, dry place and keep wicks centered and free of debris.
Burn for no more than 4 hours per session to prevent overheating of the container.
If you have asthma, respiratory sensitivities, or known allergies, monitor how you feel with any fragranced product and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
If irritation or discomfort occurs at any time, extinguish the candle immediately and ventilate the space.
